What’s your return policy?

Since we are service based, you will receive a 30 day grace period for all hardware/ software issues to bring your device back for additional work, at no charge.


What if I don't live in Chicago? Can I still have my device serviced?

Yes, for all customers who have software related issues (virus, startup issues, etc.) we can remotely connect to you from virtually anywhere.

For hardware issues, We can provide services in the Chicago area, or to customers who opt to ship devices to us.


How expensive are your services?

Each service is different. We consider labor hours, complexity, and parts orders. Our costs are lower than the competition because we have low overhead and technology is our passion!
